2017 Christmas Giving Program

This holiday season, be part of our ICSJ Parish Christmas Giving Program and reach out to provide Christmas gifts to families in our Sharing Parish, Assumption Church BVM, senior citizens who frequent our Food Pantry, and residents of Flannery Apartments, a CHA building for seniors and disabled individuals.

Christmas trees bearing ornaments with the names of family members and senior citizens written on them can be found in the back of Immaculate Conception and St. Joseph churches.

Participation is simple:

  1. Choose an Ornament from the Giving Trees — Take one or more gift-tag ornaments from Christmas trees located at the back of IC and St. Joseph churches. Each ornament has the name and gender of a gift recipient along with suggested gift items. NOTE: You are not obligated to purchase all of the gifts; these are just suggested ideas.
  2. Sign the Gift Roster — In the roster located next to the tree, provide your name and contact information next the name shown on the tag(s) you are taking. This will provide a record of who will be purchasing a gift for the person.
  3. Wrap & Return your Gifts by Friday, December 15th — Wrap your gifts and clearly mark them with the name from your gift tag ornament. Return them to either parish office on or before Friday, December 15th to allow time for distribution. Please do not leave your gift(s) under the Giving Trees or anywhere else in the churches where they may be lost or misplaced.

Your participation and generosity in bringing Christmas joy to others in need is greatly appreciated!
