All welcome! Join Jennifer Kim of The Peace School in this popular beginner level class. Each class includes stretches, basic yoga postures, breathing meditation and relaxation for a complete sense of well being. Pay on your first day of class by cash or check payable to The Peace School ($60 for the 8-class series), and consider a donation to the Church for offering the space as a service to the community. Peace Yoga will meet Saturdays from 9:30 a.m. - 10:15 a.m. in the Parish Hall at IC Church, from June 8-Aug 10 (no class July 6 and July 13). Please bring your own mat.
