Help us bring the Christmas spirit to ICSJ! Join us right after the 11 AM Mass to decorate St. Joe’s Christmas trees. It’s a fun, festive way to serve, meet others, and make our worship space shine for the season.

Tuesday, December 23 | Join St. Joe's Poinsettias Team!

Our beautiful Christmas poinsettias are arriving—and we need your help to place them throughout St. Joseph Church! This is a quick but meaningful volunteer opportunity from 12:00–12:30 PM on December 23. Come lend a hand and help prepare our church for a joyful Christmas celebration.

Join us on the Feast of the Immaculate Conception for a gathering in honor of our patron, beginning with 6 p.m. Mass at IC Church, followed by wine, cheese, and fellowship. Can’t make the evening Mass? Join us for 9 a.m. Mass at St. Joseph Church.

Join the ICSJ Music Ministry for an evening of candlelight, prayerful music, meditative chants, and instrumental pieces from our talented musicians, including a piece by Hildegard von Bingen. As part of our Advent theme, you’re invited to share prayers and hopes, which will be sung by the choir.

Thanks to the tremendous generosity shown last weekend, our Thanksgiving Food Drive is off to a great start — but the need continues to grow. Let’s keep it going with one final drop-off opportunity:

▶▶ THIS SATURDAY, Nov 15, 9 AM–12 PM — Immaculate Conception parking lot

All shelf-stable or canned foods are welcome — especially canned fruits and vegetables (cranberry sauce, corn, green beans, sweet potatoes), canned stuffing or meats, and sweet treats like Rice Krispie bars, Twinkies, or brownie mix. (No ramen, please — we already have plenty!) Your continued generosity will help ensure our local food banks are ready when families need them most.

As we reach Advent’s the midpoint, we invite you to a quiet morning designed to help you pause and meditate on Living with Hope. This Saturday, join Fr. McBrady and ICSJ Ministry Coordinator Elly Rodriguez for a guided reflection as we prepare our hearts for the joy of Christ’s coming.

Young adults are invited to join ICSJ’s FORMED young adult group on Sunday, October 26, for an evening of service, prayer, and community. We’ll begin at 4PM by making sack lunches for the Loaves and Fishes ministry at Catholic Charities to help feed our neighbors. At 5PM, we’ll celebrate Mass with Fr. Larry at Immaculate Conception Church, followed by a wine and cheese social in the Joy Room. Sign up for sandwich-making here.

THIS SUNDAY!! Join us for our annual Taco Fiesta! Celebrate with our good friends from our sharing parish, Mother of the Americas, while enjoying authentic Mexican fare including tacos, margaritas and more! This free event will take place rain or shine at ICSJ School’s Hill Street Campus, across the street from St. Joseph Church, immediately following our 11:00 a.m. Mass. 

The annual Missionary Co-Op collection provides vital support to ministries that witness and proclaim the love of Jesus in areas of the world that are affected by poverty and upheaval. Missionaries travel from great distances to evangelize in remote and persecuted communities. They form priests, and lay leaders, educate adults and children, offer medical care, provide safe homes, administer the Sacraments and more. Join us this Sunday, May 18th, for a joyful celebration honoring Mary and all mothers at our Holy Mary's Family Brunch, immediately following the 9:30am mass at Immaculate Conception Church. Enjoy a hot breakfast, Mimosas and great company from 10:30 a.m. until 1 p.m.!
