ICSJ Facilities Request Form
Immaculate Conception and St. Joseph Parish facilities are available by request for meetings and events. To reserve a space or meeting room at the parish, please submit the Facility Request Form below. We will get back to you as soon as possible with event space confirmation after reviewing the request.
