Your Voice Matters

At Immaculate Conception & St. Joseph Parish, we often speak of being a family of families—walking together as we grow in faith and in our relationship with Christ. As we look to the future of ICSJ Parish, we are taking an important step together.

The first step is assessing our greatest strengths and opportunities, and that is where the Disciple Maker Index (DMI) comes in. 

This important parish survey invites you to reflect on your discipleship journey here at ICSJ Parish. The Disciple Maker Index is designed to:

  • Invite parishioners to reflect on their journey of discipleship

  • Enable parish leadership to make data-driven decisions

  • Help parishioners grow in their faith

The survey will be available beginning February 18

The 10–15 minute survey will be available beginning February 18 and will ask you to reflect on your spiritual growth and share your perspective on how our parish helps you grow in relationship with Christ. 

All responses are confidential, and the parish receives only summary information about the community as a whole. Paper surveys will also be available.
