Planning Your Wedding Music
Congratulations on your upcoming wedding! We are honored that you have chosen ICSJ, and are excited to welcome you into our “Family of Families,’ and to help you plan the perfect music for your wedding day. This Planning Your Wedding Music page is your online resource to facilitate your planning. Please watch our brief Welcome Video then follow the Steps 1 through 4, below, to navigate through the process.

4-Step Music Planning Process

Our Wedding Music Guidelines will assist your wedding music selection process and answer questions about appropriate music choices. Please carefully review these guidelines before planning your music and completing Steps 2 through 4.

The repertoire of wedding music at ICSJ is specially selected and varied. Please review our Wedding Music Samples page which is broken down by the major sections of your wedding liturgy or ceremony. Most of this repertoire can be heard at the Wedding Music Fairs (as noted in Step 3). We ask that you make your selections from the provided Wedding Music Samples.

Visit our ICSJ Wedding Musicians page for more information on our talented wedding cantors and musicians. Selection of your preferred wedding cantor(s) along with the information above is required for submitting your request to the Music Director.

Please note:
● Availability: Many of our cantors and musicians are busy professionals in music and other lines of work. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences but appreciate your flexibility in identifying your preferences, and, if necessary, a second or third choice. -
When you've made all of your final music choices (Step 2) and selected your musicians and instrumentalists (Step 3), please complete the ICSJ Wedding Music Planner. Once this information is received, we will begin the process of booking your musicians, reviewing your materials, and confirming all of your selections. Once your musicians are hired, the Director of Music will schedule rehearsals and take it from there!
